Instead of just hiding your comments section, many myspace users enjoy hiding their friends section as well. This code will hide both your comments and your friends section.

Place the following HTML/CSS code in your style tags in the “About Me” section of your myspace profile.

.comments {visibility:hidden;display:none;}

After you have placed that code, go to your “Who I’d Like to Meet” section and paste this HTML code at the very bottom.
